One of our recent projects involved work to completely renovate a restaurant and commercial kitchen, remove all of the existing gas appliances that were outdated and expensive to maintain, rewire the restaurant and kitchen then install a whole new electrical cooking operation, which the chefs or very happy with. The new system is easy to maintain and runs at a similar cost to the old gas equipment without any of the expensive maintenance costs.

We also carry out many types of building maintenance and facilities management maintenance for a national chain of restaurants and pubs along with hotels and takeaways.  We provide building maintenance, emergency call outs for electrical, plumbing, drainage, roofing and many other emergency maintenance issues. Domestic Rental properties where we give landlords the satisfaction of landlords safety certification for tenants and landlords peace of mind. We have over 1000 EICR inspections approved by landlords and letting agencies.

We provide more than electrical safety inspections for commercial property, including emergency lighting and fire alarms. We also carry out full LED upgrades for energy saving, having recently saved one company £7000 per year on energy bills .

One of our clients is a well known pub chain with restaurants and hotels, where we carry out emergency call outs to power, lighting, data, fire alarms, cctv and commercial catering equipment with a fast call out service.
